Jenisha Parikh, is a commercial lawyer and an alumna of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. She has advised on a number of domestic and cross-border transactions involving VC / PE funding, M&A (strategic acquisitions, exits including through schemes of merger/demerger) and joint ventures across sectors.
